Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd 

I have been working in this company for last 5 months and I feel there is very good environment in magus. The IT team is very good and they are very frank with each other but one think I dont like is that they holds the salary of employee which is very bad because maximum employees come there to fulfil their economic needs but holding the salary with no reason I think it is not good. The teamleaders are very good they support of the problem of the employees and the quality team is also very good .

Magus is one the best BPO company in india and also india's first BPO who get ISO cetrificate. And magus has many company like airtel, airtel digital tv, time of india and many other big companys. And my porsonal experience is very good because I am new in BPO filed and I join magus and because of that now I am one big amaount as my salary. And I work almost one year in magus & I also get experience certificate which is most important thing for joining new company and the HRs, technical staff and TLs are aslo good peoples.

I had worked in this Magus group at Chennai.

The 25 year old company results the pain to employees.

Holding salaries even informed leaves.

Neglected salary hikes.

The worst dangerous Building infrastructure. even the headsets are provided by the company are malfunctioned and we need to beg for proper system accessories every time to work for them.

The HR staffs are stealing the lower employee salaries and ESI PF's

Very lower salaries and unbeatable incentives.

We cannot find any friendly staffs in the Chennai office.

I worked in Magus customer dialog for almost a year. Insecurity always. No incentives etc. Really bad atmosphere. The higher officials are not supportive. For just to start and to taste a call centre experience u can work there for 5 or 6 months.

Go ahead if u need an experience for 6 months or below but don't hope for any career growth.

I have worked during this company for four months, I used to be in tata sky method wherever I even have to offer a reminder decision to tata sky customer's and raise them to recharge before the turn off date, although company was providing a decent earnings and a decent incentive, however the worst half was the Team leader appointed by them who was strive be over good.

However he was empty vessel who sounds a lot of, and earnings that they supply America that was once forty five days.by that we've faced such a large amount of problem. conjointly the infrastructure was terribly dangerous and therefore the bathroom was also smell plenty, there was just one john, need to watch for rest room.disgusting it absolutely was.

I have worked in this company for 2 months, I was in tata sky process where I have to give a reminder call to tata sky customer's and ask them to recharge before the switch off date, though company was providing a good salary and a good incentive, but the worst part was the TL apointed by them who was try be oversmart.but he was empty vessel who sounds much, and salary which they provide us that was after 45 days.by which we have faced so many difficulty.

And the infrastructure was very bad and the toilet was also smell alot, there was only 2 washroom, have to wait for bathroom.disgusting it was.

In magus company airtel brand the kk process supervoiser he don't respond well to the persons his name Mr.PATIL at in that but the company manage ment is super I loves to job their now am studying in gulbarga m.sc when I completed deffinately I face him to do the my personal challenge wioth him I loves to see hyderabad peoples

Dont know where to start writing about Magus.It has got both advantage and disadvantage working in this company.

It is a nice place to work.But no job security, lack of job satisfaction, no growth, completely disorganise.except some processes.

Good people around.fun loving .specially the managers.

Need to work on the environment perspective of the company.

And the best part is salary.they pay like peanuts.

No proper work timing.

The managers need to work hard on the discipline front.

Most of the people looks confused in the admin dept.

No proper response is recieved from the admin, accts, hr dept.

HR dept needs to work hard on the recruitment front.Selection should be done more in a professional way.Good candidates should be selected and good pay package should be offered.

The top level management is very approachable but I feel sometimes they make hasty decision.

There is no job security in this company
